Caustic Soda Flakes

Caustic Soda Flakes

Inorganic Chemical Compound
Caustic soda flakes are a highly alkaline inorganic chemical compound with the formula NaOH. They appear as white, odorless flakes and are highly soluble in water, releasing heat during dissolution. The compound is strongly corrosive in nature.

It is commercially produced through the electrolysis of sodium chloride solution (chlor-alkali process). Caustic soda flakes are widely used in soap and detergent manufacturing, paper and pulp industry, textiles, water treatment, and chemical processing industries.
